If you buy kaff product better relay on swiggy or zomato for your daily meal, pathetic customer service and arrogant staff, product also not worth for the money u spend , dont ever do the mistake of buying Kaff products.

Purchased on 15th dec.
Fixed on 14th Jan (because kitchen work was ongoing.
Rotor issue was detected by installing technician. Rotor replaced and used for 1 month.
Complaint registered on 14th Feb regarding heavy noise. Rotor has broken again. No support till date.
Kaff online items are deplorable.
Update: March 31 today. Still no support. Even after contacting them relentlessly.

Service is poor! It’s been 8 days since i raised the complaint. This is the second time it stop working. Last time the technician took 300/- in the name of travelling charges though the product was in warrenty. Later that night i got SMS saying that rupees 0 collected for the service. Very disappointing!
Advice: To go with push button instead of touch as the later one is more delicate and adds lot of complexity to the product w.r.t to repairing.
