Look and feel is really awesome. Doors of the fridge has glossy finish, you feel it like a mirror. Compares to other similar products in the market, price is less and is available on amazon at a very low price when compared to offline stores with free delivery and exchange.
Delivery and exchange of old product are very smooth. However, as the weight of fridge is 100 kgs, it is challenging to deliver upstairs via steps. Lift presence is useful. Make sure you check the dimensions of fridge and its passage through steps at your home while delivering. I got a installation call within same day from Godrej. However, there is nothing much to install. You can switch on on your own.😜
Fridge comes with egg tray and ice box. One side of machine is deep freezer and one side is normal fridge. Suitable for family size of more than 5. I can comment later on the performance after few months of usage.

Efficient storage capacity for family but only one concern about lower space both door sides they should be utilised .why they didn’t utilised I didn’t understand yet.
Fast cooling and with intelligent And less confusing AI and holiday mode
Value for money.
Satisfied with product..
And last godrej service engineer was also good described everything smoothly.

I’m 5’7” and the height of the refrigerator is bit more than mine.
Sometimes in quite night, sounds come from the refrigerator as if a rat or something is in back side of the refrigerator but there isn’t any space for rat to get inside.
The only downside is that the freezer side isn’t convertible and since I’m a vegetarian i have very very little use of freezer (just frozen sweet corn, peas, ice cream, cheese). my freezer side is almost empty so If you are a vegetarian then opt for other convertible refrigerator or a 3 door convertible refrigerator by Haier.
Delivery was extremely painful ( refrigerator delivery 😅) not because of the delivery person, it was because my stairs are bit narrow and the size of the refrigerator is quite big from what I anticipated but thanks to the 3 delivery person they somehow cleared it to 1st floor without any damage.
installation service was extremely bad because the godrej service area manager was very rude and was misbehaving just because i contacted the godrej customer service when installation was not done on promised date. Finally after filling complaint on godrej customer care a guy came after 5 days but buy then i had already started using refrigerator as there is nothing which requires installation on this refrigerator. Just plug it and start using.
Also it’s power efficient and my electricity bill never increased after purchasing it (i keep freezer side on -18° and fridge on 4°).
