Worst product service frustrated with this brand. I’m using LG TV, Fridge, AC etc but very poor customer service after sales. Charging for all issues for newly purchased products but issue re occuring again and again.. very worst behaviour of customer care agents..the disconnect call in the middle of conversation. Poor product and poor customer service. Don’t buy LG products. Worst experience I ever had in my life. No value for money. I’m going to write this in social media and shar it.

It’s a nice fridge. Very smooth and no noise. Good cooling. Ample space. Beautiful look. Simple interiors. Convertible. Well packed and delivered in good condition. Installed within a day. Only one point to report is EGG TRAY is not supplied. Amazon to take up this small issue with LG. All other aspects like performance, door closure etc are good.

I will definitely recommend this refrigerator. Good storage capacity enough for family of 4 to 5 people. Cooling is very good. Service provided by LG technician is good. I have taken 2 years extended warranty from LG technician for 3186 rupees. Lookes wise and storage capacity wise awesome product. There are no such cons but only thing is the door is not closing smoothly, we have to push it.
