I have bought this fridge at a sale price… It’s really worth the money and elegant looking. Couldn’t adjust the cooling system but still fine considering the budget and model.

The door tray broke in a period of 7 months in warranty period and the seller denies warranty and charges technician charges of 650 and tray charges of 750.
No authorised company charges for technian. Pure cheating

A good refrigerator when bought, it has temperature sensor issues (doesn’t seem like any other issue).
Lodged a complaint 6 weeks back-
One guy never picked calls.
Second assigned guy lives 900kms away.
Third guy assigned asked me to send him pictures of problematic parts because he doesn’t live in city (he marked me as “out of station” as in I wasn’t available for service that day, because the service location – same as the place the refrigerator was delivered, isn’t in his town).
I’ve been assigned the same first guy as of yesterday – the one who doesn’t pick calls.
You decide if you want to buy their products.

Please don’t buy this product. Within a year, it breaks down. I’ve been using it for two years, and every summer, it fails. The compressor is of poor quality and heats up too quickly.
More importantly, the service from the service center is pathetic. Technicians don’t bother to pick up calls, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution from the team. The product and service quality are very poor. I have had a bad experience since I purchased it. Don’t look it price buy only trusted value product.your money is very hard don’t buy this product ever.
