Please don’t buy from this Seller. Dwantech they sold defective item and amzon then said there is no replacement available for this product. After 4 days of struggle for replacement they initiate finally return and refund. I have attached the defective product photos. Really frustrated by Amazon customer care service. Initially two times they promised to replace the product and finally close the case with return and refund.

Hi I would like to share my product experience with you that I purchased on 11th August 2024 and got delivered on 13th August 2024.
I have purchased samsung 363L refrigerator.
1.The Product was delivered within time as Amazon assured.
2.As I took in on freedom sale deal the product cost was 43000 but with multiple discounts I got it for 35940.
1500 Amazon coupon discount
4240 on SBI CC discount
2000 on my old refrigerator exchange.
3.The installation Part took on 15th August and the technician was very polite and soft towards his work he explained all the features and benefits about the product and finally suggested me 1year extra warranty with 1270 and I was happy to go with it too.
4.The look was great and there was no sound at all when it is working.
Overall review from my end is worth of money to go with.

The refrigeration is quick. The volume is amazing. Everything is distributed in sections and compartments to keep different things organised. Dual cooling keeps freezer and fridge completely separate. It also comes with carbon filtration to purify the air inside which works fine. Instant cooling can actually convert the freezer from fridge in 20-30 min it’s actually kinda useful if u have alot of stuff to store. Work is silent. Freezer can go upto -23 Degrees. Overall it’s an amazing applicance for a fine kitchen needs.

More than 48 hours were taken for installation of the Refrigerator. Moreover, refrigerator bottom door storage part stopped cooling after a day and they took another 24 hours to rectify it.

As you can see in the photo, the delivery person from Amazon, placed his left hand in front of the refrigerator while tilting it. As a result, the entire weight of the appliance made his hand press hard against the front of the panel and caused noticeable dents along the line near the top of the bottom door. You can clearly see it when the glossy surface reflects light from a distance. However, I was not able to see it from close proximity at the time of open-box verification. I noticed it only after the guy left. It is also not the fault of the delivery person too, though he did the stupid thing he tried his best. Because he has to single-handedly handle the 363 Ltr refrigerator. The heavy refrigerator’s size is also huge. It is the problem of Amazon’s management. At first, I was frustrated with Amazon, but then the guy from Samsung visited for a demo and then he proved to be a lot worse than the delivery guy. He moved the refrigerator by holding the front door and caused a dent in the sides of the door. Should I blame Samsung now? In general, the issues I faced were due to the lack of skilled labor in our country. These people have attitudes and won’t listen. But I don’t want to return it because the refrigerator was good and we started using it. Also, I don’t want to lose the cashback offers I got while purchasing or wait for a week without a refrigerator, so I have to live with it.
So if you want to avoid issues don’t let anyone else touch your delivery, just do it all by yourself with care to avoid dents. Otherwise, the dents are inevitable if you let the other guys handle it. This was my lesson learned the hard way that I wanted to share.

This refrigerator deserves a five-star rating. In fact, this is the best available refrigerator in the market. It has the best features. It was all the latest features that even the sales representatives wouldn’t know in a store. it has one of the advanced features that is not available even in a 1 lakh refrigerator from other brands. At all places even in big offline stores, people keep recommending an LG refrigerator compared to a Samsung. They say LG refrigerator has bigger width in the doors, LG refrigerators have better cooling and better depth.. etc. But those are not valid points. Below are the main differences and advantages of a Samsung refrigerator that I looked into.
1) Only Samsung gives a 20-year warranty for their compressor motor. This is very important because the compressor is the costliest item that will fail in a refrigerator for which you will not be able to find a proper replacement. Having a guaranteed compressor working well for 20 years means you are safe for 20 years for sure. Which is so much sufficient for a generation to grow up.
2) Only Samsung gives this 5-in-1 convertible option where you can convert the freezer to a refrigerator and turn off the bottom refrigerator portion(with minimal air circulation). This should be very handy when you don’t have to run the whole refrigerator to store very few items in case of a vacation or holiday trip. So for the same price, you are buying a scalable refrigerator that can work both as a mini refrigerator and a huge one.
3) Only Samsung offers a touch panel to control the temperature both in the freezer and the refrigerator portion on the front itself, without having to open the refrigerator and manually dial the temperatures. We are living in 2023 so it feels great to have such cool tech in our appliances.
4) Only in Samsung, the ice cube box does not come fixed with the freezer. This is also very useful when we don’t want to make ice cubes but we can use that space for storing something more useful.
5) The space available inside the 363 l refrigerator is the most adequate space I have found in any refrigerator. Even a side-by-side refrigerator does not offer this type of space.
6) This is the most important functionality or feature that even the sales representatives from big stores food would not know or let you know. It is the type of cooling mechanism implemented for the condenser tubes. In other refrigerators, these tubes run around the sides of the refrigerator thereby emitting heat around the appliance by conventional way of cooling. This produces a high temperature around the refrigerator which makes us feel like sitting next to a heater when we have the refrigerator in our living room. But this Samsung refrigerator has a separate fan that cools these tubes, just like a CPU cooler. This is great functionality that is available only in very expensive refrigerators. Kudos to Samsung for implementing all the latest features in their products. I want to explain more but this is the mandatory feature that you would need if you want to avoid many issues in your refrigerator in the long run, like rusting of the tubes, gas leakage and hence costly maintenance, mosquito issues due to water collection, etc.
7) Only in Samsung 2023 models, the compressor area at the back of the refrigerator is properly closed. This compressor also looks so cute. It is compact but efficient. If you wonder why should we have the bottom area closed, this is important Besides giving an aesthetic appeal from the rearview, it also helps to protect the heart of the refrigerator from any external damage.

Basically, this is a gem that Samsung produced and Amazon gave at a great deal. Amazon should think about revamping its delivery service and Samsung should provide proper training to their personnel who come for a demo. Please consider this as genuine feedback.
