Samsung 550 L, 4 star Convertible, Digital Inverter, Frost Free French Door Refrigerator (RF57A5032S9/TL, Silver, Refined Inox, 2024 Model)

I m writing this review after using this product for 3 to 4 months. The product stopped cooling after 3 months, when logged a complaint to Samsung customer support, the engineer cleaned the coils and advised me to use the fridge with AC on …. Yes you heard it right, they advised me to keep the AC on while using the fridge during summer. As per the technician due to over heat the compressor goes off and this is due to high temperature in Noida..

It worked for 3 to 4 days and again started giving me problems. When I logged a second complaint, the technician advised for compressor change. This means the compressor was faulty to begin with which could have been identified in the first visit.

Now here i am working with Samsung team to get the permanent solution to the problem. I have gone through lot of reviews online and on amazon, i can see multiple customers experiencing the same issue. Looking at everything i assume its an issue with this product i terms of how it’s designed or capacity of compressor used in this product.
Please be very careful before u make that decision of buying this product.

This was my first time buying experience of a home appliance (high value/volumetric) , initially i was little hesitant to place order. Indeed overall it was great experience and the product quality / delivery by Amazon /installation by Samsung all went hassle free and very fast… Cooling and freezer works amazing . I am very much liking this model (freezer in the below drawer type) compare to other french doors.

Best quality , its efficiency is good , cooling is wonderful, easy installation process , service is also good
