Please never buy Bosch Washing Machines from Amazon. Please buy it only from shops. You wont get support from Bosch if it is purchased online (my personal experience). I am writing this review after using Bosch Topload for nearly 2 years.
After Purchasing online, during delivery they told Bosch team will come and install. No one came up even for a week finally i have to call a technician from Urbanclap and get it installed. Machine was good for first few months. After few months, many dresses started getting spoiled i.e., colours fading away, colours changing to an extent that we cant use the dresses anymore.
We were using the Liquid Descalar for Washing Machines also , but no luck.
I called the helpdesk. The support person came and i explained all the issues. He simply told you have to use Liquid Descalar and without even checking anything much, he simply told , there is no issue with our BOSCH Washing Machine and they will not do anything for this. Its totally disappointing with the BOSCH Support. They dont even care.Even if your machine is under warranty (and extended warranty),they simply dont care to even inspect what is wrong. I am still feeling bad for buying it online. Atleast if i would have bought in shop, the seller will atleast check under warranty and do something.
Now, we are washing clothes with our hands from last few months because i understood that BOSCH India Support is of no use. If we want to replace/give it in shops , it is considered as scrap. So, not willing to return as it is not even 2 years old and you will just get less than 10% if you return now.
Final verdict : Please dont buy BOSCH Washing Machines Online, because you wont get support. Its just like a suicidal attempt. After reading this , if you still want to buy BOSCH washing machine online, you are very Brave.

Has 2 years full warranty, that means, atleast for two years there won’t be any trouble. 10 years warranty for motor, in my previous cases were of no use – warranty for electronic parts are very important!
Easy to install. Just remove the old washing machine of any brand and put this in that place.
Easy to understand menu options, even novice can set up EXPERT mode.
Less noise, no noise disturbance even at late night, works with minimal sound.
Easy to clean filter – anyone can easily clean the filters.
Detergent compartment – use this only for liquid detergent and not suitable for powder!
The actual delivered model number is: WOI705R0IN/01 which belongs to series 6.

Recently bought this machine but it is worst !!
Rinse time only 8 minutes soap remaining in cloth .
Plz buy LG or Samsung washing machine.
Requesting you guys never ever purchased this machine.

After installation by company’s technician when it was run for first time for drum wash, there was some odd sound. On stopping found that the lint filter cartridge had got detached from its holder. Also it was in damaged condition possibly due to drum rotation. On contacting Bosch service helpline they say plastic parts are not covered in warranty, they are chargeable. Not a good experience.
