Bosch products are world class, it’s unbeatable. U can’t compare with LG, Samsung or other brands.
But weak point is service sector. After purchase if you need any technician visit related product, service center never complete your complaint with in dedicated time line. I was feel helpless while need services by Bosch services. They were taken ideal 40 days to complete my complaint.

Writing this review after using it for a month. We are two people but I thought to still go with 8 kg model. To my opinion, for a family of 2-4, its fine if one wants to go for 7 kg model if you plan to wash every 2 -3 days. Now coming to product, Bosch needs no introduction. And this heavy 70kg product with talks about itself. Washing quality is great. I had experience of using top loads; and believe me they are injustice to your clothes. This one cleans while taking care of your clothes. Saves water, energy and no compromise on the washing quality. I got it for 33k which was a steal as there were really no great deals or offers going on at the time i purchased.And I was in need of one so couldn’t wait.
To add, initially I was skeptical on buying white color( I wanted grey) but i think i love this one now 😛😋
Also- installation guy couldn’t come due to lockdown situation. But it was easy for us to install and start using it. Quoting to tell you guys that its simple to install

Product delivered within 24 hrs and installation set-up for next day .
Bosch being a good brand everything looks great but facing bad experience with installation service as the person never showed up and keeps re-scheduling installation date from his end . Have to wait 5 days for the product to be installed post delivery but still unsure if that would be rescheduled to later date again, couldn’t even opt for installation service from other vendors due to warranty issue.

This is a new model of washing machine and there aren’t many reviews for the same. But I ordered thinking what can really wrong with Bosch. This is a really beautiful and neat looking washing machine. Super silent. Yes. Really silent. And washing is amazing. Cares for your clothes. I also like the touch pad which would save from the hassles of any buttons going bad.
Now, the real thing. This has a drum clean option which is super useful. I used to use the drum cleaners in the past and those powders were expensive. Bosch has now reduced the need for those drum clean powders and also ensuring that we descale frequently. Amazing washing machine this is.

No noise, easy to handle, easy to installation, using since 8 months, no issue upto only one concern after added comfort in tray it not go well and comfort smell not coming from clothes.
