It took two weeks for the installation cause it requires separate booking. The installation was done but the mechanics didn’t knew something so the machine was like shaking and I was afraid it would burst. Required two different complaints to rectify it. The machine is sleek and value for money

Been using this since March 2022.
I see no complaint with the working of machine.
The vibration is also very less. There’s some noice during the washing, which is very much negligible.
Can go for it if you are looking for fully automatic with excellent features.
Built quality and design is very impressive. Occupies less space compared to its competitors (7KG WM of Bosch/IFB)

I use for household washing purpose.unfotunatly the washing Machine stopped working after the three-days.The machine was installed on 19th of this month (may).Only 8 day’s were over and the return was lapsed.How one can assume .
I am very much unhappy and frustrated.

Pls dont buy, company wont agree on the warranty period given in other selling platforms. My washing drum have issues after 14 months of purchase and team is not agreeing to replace it stating whats written in Amazon is not applicable for Hisense. They are blaming each others in loop and no service has given so far. I have shared invoice copy and snip of warranty assurance from Amazon, its simply waste.
This is the problem when we rely on new brands.

Delivery of product on time.hisense demo person come in next day and he chek the product and said this machin is not working and he said replace the product.i call Amazon call center and find replace product after Four days but when replace product come the delivery boy chek and start first come washing machine.the machine start working and he said the demo person of hisense is not knowledge about the product and we have to choose first washing machine to Use.Not Take replace of first washing machine.and this time we call hisense customer care to demo and send knowledgable person for demo.next day person come for samsung company give nice demo of the washing machine.Till the product working very well.Thanks Hisense and Amazon.

The first order was damage in which the electric shock applied and vibrant to much, & it does not stable in one place inspite of washing machine stand, returned and ordered the second one, but 2nd time hisense company did not come for installation, complained to Amazon, Amazon said installation would be done by amazon but amazon also did not do the installation, later on complaining refund granted, this process took more than 1 month, So very bad experience.

M happy with my choice i always believe that front loading maching takes to much water to clean cloth but i was wrong also useof this machine is very simple even kids can operate this machine .
Machin quality is very good i saw same machine but with different names like IFB SAMSUNG etc they just taking money because of thier name.
One thing is missing and it is buzzer after completing the task machine should make sound.
Otherwise it is pefect it worth for every money..

The media could not be loaded.
Purchased this machine last week. Here goes my observations.
Cons:
1. Poor installation service people. They didn’t removed the rear transportation bolts and started the machine.
2. Moderate noise level and vibration at spin time (donno if it’s normal or not).
3. Cotton takes 3.8 hrs to wash. Even after changing the temperature to 20c, it’s showing 2.58 hrs.
4. Front door lock takes additional 1-2 min to open.
5. No audible signal or alarm tone.
6. Pretty heavy
Pro:
1. Mix mode (58min) and Quick mode (15min) is present.
2. Washing quality is pretty good.
3. Customer care service is pretty responsive.
Overall, good for washing clothes in a tight budget.
P.S. – Been an year and half. It’s been working like a champ.
