I am Writing this because of the disappointment and frustration that IFB’s washing machine service has caused me.
I bought IFB SENORITA SXS 6510 Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine 6.5 KG, Silver in October-2017 after it can highly recommended.
It is still functional after multiple repairs and drum replacement which is acceptable.
My frustration is because everytime with the free service(once every 3-6 months promptly), I am informed that one or the other part needs replacement and isn’t working as expected.
Each service cost me Rs 5000/- easily.
None of these parts are covered in the warranty. I also had to buy the very expensive AMC and replace the drum recently.(They suggested drum replacement only after the initial warranty expired and I had no option but to buy AMC)
What we did not expect is for so much maintenance every quarter or half a year.
I have easily spent the entire amount of the washing machine on maintenance already in spite of not having hard water, regular load(we are a family of 3) and descaling every other month.
My family has told me multiple times already that the lower end washing machines from Samsung and LG we had previously worked very well without any maintenance for 4-5 years and also washed better!
Writing this in the same frustration of regretting my decision of buying an expensive IFM machine and still paying heavily for it every year!

This is the worst service installation I have ever experienced in Amazon till now. The service guy was very unprofessional. He was in a hurry and never bothered to chk the machine and if there is a water leakage or anything like that bcuz there was a water leakage and there was water all over in the kitchen. The guy had severe cold and probably had fever but did not wore a mask. When there was a water leakage and when we called him after he left there was no response ar all no matter how many times we called him. We called Amazon customer care and we explained the problem to them and so they promised me another service engineer in 48 hours and he never turned up till now.

Product is very good. Wash quality is much better than top load machines. Have multiple wash options. You can download user manual from ifb site and learn more. Installed on time by ifb technician. Amazon also raised a request on behalf of me after two days of delivery. Technician provided good demo and described on measures to be taken for long life. Found machine was vibrating more during the first week. Raised the issue during feedback call from ifb. They came resolved it by fixing the stand. Now do not see much vibration. Overall good experience from amazon and ifb. Also bought water softener as hardness is around 550 TDs in my area. The built in softener of machine can handle up to 250 tds according to technician. It is good to have a stabilizer if power fluctuations.

Don’t purchase this washing machine. Worst purchase I have done in Amazon. All ways there is problem with machine. Worst customer service they provide. The receive the complaints and didn’t provide the service. Don’t purchase this product
