Amazon 5*, IFB Machine 5* but service 0*, ifb peoples are more interested in trolly and cover. it takes 4 days to install my m/c. Don’t use any trolly, feku product, they charged 1700 for trolly& 680 for cover, which is very high as compared to the market. and also ready for 15amp electric connection and steel null(plastic null not allowed).
pros: good machine with 4 years of warranty, also most reliable brand in WM category. don’t go for Samsung or LG,
cons: horrible Service(installation), u can expect 4-5 calls from ifb , but only for trolly&cover.

installation guy will force or scare us if we dont buy Stabilizer and filter the machine will be damaged…i dont understand why the seller / ifb did not mention such information on the product details so the buyer will well aware of when placing order?

total paid 7,750 to installation guy
stand (i didnt take ) but the guy mentioned it will cost 2100
so guys if anyone want to buy washing machine just keep another 10k budget in addition… this is really a pain to customers…. just be aware and cautious….

i have seen LG, Bosh, samsung .. this is the loudest of them all and has the most vibrations
this machines breaks down very easily coz of its unbalanced engineering which causes vibrations too
unable to return regret it immediately and wish bought BOSH machine
INSTALLATION TOOK ME FOREVER IN BANGALORE, i had to call multiple people, cust service, then their local manager then the store owner then their mechanic… took about 4-5 days just to get in touch with the installation guy….
GUY who visited is Dicaprio from Wolf of wall street movie, IFB mechanic get trained for sales sales sales maybe 10% on service
pissed with this IFB PRODUCT coz IFB mechanic was trying to sell me this powder for 1700 rupees for 10 packets,
IFB mechanics are con artists, they try to sell u products at really high price which is totally unnecessary to buy from them,
They try to sell water softner, descaling powder, stablizer and trolly/stand.
YOU DONT HAVE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM IFB MECHANIC AND YOU WILL STILL HAVE FOUR YEARS OF WARRANTY. when mechanic made a bill of 8k+ i just called cust service and asked them will i still get warranty if i dont buy anything from him and they said YES
Water softener works on magnetic principle that align molecules in a way that it will change water properties upto 72 hours ( you can research on this just go youtube)
Hence it doesn’t matter from where u buy it as long there is a powerful magnet in it it works
you can use vinegar and soda in proper proportions instead of descaler powder if u are worried about proportions and how much to mix etc etc just buy powder.. i would say buy bosh powder its good
if machine is not working at all due to voltage only then buy a stabilizer else its not needed !!!!!
DONT USE TROLLY CREATES VIBRATION
IF YOU ARE NOT MOVING MACHINE EVERYDAY THEN JUST PUT IT ON THE FLOOR AND KEEP THE FLOOR DRY your machine will not rust if the floor is dry
u can occasionally use WD40 remove the covers and just spray it ( make that mechanic do this when he comes for free service which is every 6 months)
