This is the latest model which has recently been launched in 2022. The machine is very good and performance is strong. Vibrations are almost non existent. Only some amount of noise during the spin cycle which is expected. Extensive washing modes available to suit every type of clothing. My only gripe is that colour looks a little dull to my liking but again it is a personal preference. Rest everything thing is good.

I have listened many review videos on front loading type washing machines, compared the pros and cons of different machine, then decided to go for IFB. The parameters that I considered.
1. Front loading machines are water saving, electricity saving, better washing of cloths (long term benefit)
2. Because point number 1, I have decided to pay little more. If you budget allows, alwasy go for front loading type Washing Machine.
3. IFB has long years of tradition in providing washing machines, hence they will have better idea about this domain.
4. MOST IMPORTANT POINT is that they offer 4-year comprehensive warranty for the whole machine, 10-year warranty for the motor and 10 YEAR SPARE PARTS AVAIALABILITY WARRANTY.
5. In many reviews, I saw that the machine vibrates a lot during the spinning cycle, but I found it very sturdy, noise free and vibration free.
6. I have completed 8 wash cycles that includes dhotis, churidars, shirts, pants, blankets, bedsheets, small items like kerchief. I mainly used the program “Cotton”, because we mainly use cotton items only. The result was superb. It takes 2 hours to complete one complete process.

First time I bought front load washing machine. After lots of survey and checking reviews I bought this IFB washing machine. After using 2 weeks I am writing review. It’s really a good washing machine. Not noisy, works wonderfully. Washing quality is 10/10. Easy to maintain n very easy to operate. No vibration very less dryer noise. I m very happy n satisfied.
Within 36 hours it was assembled. The technician was very helpful n polite. He explained each n every detail to operate the machine.

Machine is working good so far. I am not sure but for me the noise is pretty high at 1200 rpm. Washing quality is good though it takes close to 2 hours to wash. Satisfied with the product. The after service and the longevity of the product have to be seen

The product was noisy from day 1 . The IFB installation personnel insisted we buy a stand from IFB to fix this and said the sound decibels is in the normal range even after using the stand. Now the PCB and mbd have been damaged due to the vibration as diagnosed by the tech. It has been 2 weeks – the service\repair service is the worst i have used. It has been 2+ weeks now and they have closed the ticket on their own. The part is yet to be replaced.

This is my 2nd IfB product it’s good one, it does what it says, I did not like the installation part not understand why IfB sends small pipes which are not useful I have to spend extra money for installation, also installation techs are trying to sell products for higher rates which normally available in Amazon for cheaper price like stabilizer and etc. Machine looks good but service experience is not up to the mark.
