This washing machine makes lot of noise while washing clothes in each stage of washing cycle. It seems that the design of this washing machine is primitive. Time take to wash clothes in each of the selection except express wash is more than two hours. This machine is of outdated design and technology. I ordered the machine in May 2024 and machine manufactured in June 2022 was delivered. It seems that IFB has not done any R&D and new innovation after their split with Bosch. I do not recommend anyone to purchase this outdated and primitive washing machine.

The product is nice but the service man was bad. He came in a rush did the setup and left in a rush did not explain anything about the machine or the washing machine stand we brought from him.
The water pipe was a bit short and he demanded money for bringing in a longer pipe, also he did not even bring a spare one which companies usually have a longer spare one for such cases.
Apart from that great product, very silent and cleans nicely.

Product had a dent when received. One of the screws for the top shield was missing and the rat mesh received with the package was incompatible for the machine model. Not sure if the seller is changing these or it’s a miss from IFB.
Overall, it was a disappointing start mostly with the seller’s lack of response to the issues above and amazon delivery. Product as such is good so far and IFB is responsive to queries.

If you install the washing machine by yourself, please make sure to REMOVE THE TRANSITION BOLTS before use. Otherwise the machine would start jumping all over the place and it could also damage your washer.
Machine has good functionalities and the wash quality is excellent. Just the motor noise can be heard while spinning in high rpm. Otherwise it’s a good buy and value for money.

I’ve had this machine for 2 months now , it’s a robust machine . It cleans clothes very well . It’s sufficient for a family of 5 . Noise level is moderate , installation was easy and good assistance for installation provided . It’s a value for money product .
