This is a good washing machine for this price point. Doesn’t make much noise while using it and looks good too. But it only uses liquid detergent and the minimum wash time is 90 minutes. Apart from that rest seems good

Not as good as I thought but acceptable with its price range. All functions work correctly as specified however noise of the machine is too much. 4 out of 5 overall performance

I got this for 23k in big billion day with coupon and card offer. Wthis washing machine is heavy and hard to move around so fix it properly at correct location. Coming to he washing is good compared to top load. And washing time is little on higher side about 1hr 30 min for normal wash. We have to use liquid detergent for optimal washing. On the spinning side sound is little higher and the stand price is huge and unjustifiable but the MCB they will sell to you if we have new home with MCB no need of that but for me it’s old setup I had to buy it. For the stand and mcb they charged for 4k something. Will update the review later. Thanks for the time for reading

The warranty was expired last month and immediately the drum was burnt, While the machine was on we saw the smoke and it was dangerous we switched off the machine.
The visit was organized and they charged 600/- for only visit and quoted 7500/- and told the drum will need to be changed. The last machine of LG was lasted more than 9 Years this machine died in 4th year.
Too much vibration than last LG direct drive motor machine no solution to it.
