I like the colour of the washing machine and it very useful for our day to day life also it makes our work super easier and overall it is a very helpful product.

We purchased this product last year June. Since then we have been having issues. Not even been one year but still many issues with machine. There is no proper customer support. Very high maintenance. Everytime technician says something and asks customers to buy ifb products as mandate.
If machine wont run atleast 1 year properly with no issue, then whats the use of buying such high end machines with such high cost right..
Kindly do not choose this machine. It’s not worth.

Hi,
I have been using IFB top load washing machine past 2 months, the performance is looks good.
I recommend the people to go for it.
But the only problem with IFB service engineers/Installation people only.
Generally, we wait until the Installation/guidance/demo complete. Someone from IFB coming and show how to operate the product. I did the same. On the day when the installation guy came, we opened/unboxed the product and did installation(connecting the water pipe and plug in the washing machine etc).
The warranty will only apply when we use the machine as per their instructions.
We should use IFB liquid only, that too it should purchase from them directly, each IFB bottle costs 360. When I searched the same product in e-commerce site and showed it him, he kind of saying those are duplicates and they refused to use that. He looted me around 5000 rupees at the time of installation.
With no choices left I have taken 3 IFB bottles(each bottle 360Rs) and one dirty dots remover liquid bottle (costs 200Rs) and one water purifier (which fixes back side of the washing machine), it costs M.R.P:2750 , (In amazon it is 2000 only). As well as the they collected money Tub clean packets(5) (each one 100 Rs).
When I paid everything, the installation guy stated the Demo. If nothing paid, No Demo, Nothing.
They simply close the ticket with activation of our warranty and left and will say the warranty will not applicable as your not following guidelines.
They make people afraid and force us to purchase everything from customers.
I recommend people to cancel the demo and take the friends/Family help to start using washing machine .It will saves you around Rs5000.
The product is good, you can definitely go for it.

Product is good but got with leaking inlet pipe, service is pathetic as installtion guy took the happy number to close ticket but not responding to calls for replacing pipe.
customer call is not responding to calls . Got message to track service requeat from whats app but when tried getting response as wrong ticket number.
Bot sure how to get the faulty pipe replaced.
