Very good product worth to buy it

I am reviewing this product after using it for a week.I will also update my review after 6 month

Points Needs to take care before installation:
– Tap fitting for washing machine
– 15A Point is required (Normal 3 pin will not work for this machine. 15A is required)
– Stand made up with granite stone (I dont want to put machine on stand provided by a company)
If you wish a granite stand then you have to ready it before one day (24 hrs) of installation
Machine Size – 62.3 cm (24.5 inch) Width X 59.8 cm (23.5 inch) depth
Granite Stand Size – 26 inch Width X 28 inch depth (23.5 machine depth + 5.5 depth extra for RO filter)

Other Details:
I got this machine on the next day i have ordered it. I bought this machine on Prime deal sale so it costs me Rs 38500.I have also purchased Ro filter (Rs 2560) + Other liquids (Rs 2200) + Cover (Rs 650) . So you need to consider this extra cost while purchasing this machine . I didn’t purchase washing machine stand as i already have granite stand.
I always want a big drum size so i purchased 8.5 kg to accommodate maximum clothes. Sound of the machine is quite silent. It also dries clothes 90%

This is the first ever washing machine I purchased, before purchasing I got a mixed reviews of Washing machine, I considered to buy IFB,LG and Samsung,
Most of the people gives positive feedback of IFB. I read all the reviews, later i bought in Amazon sale offer.
I got a good deal compre to ofline shop.

I didn’t regret to wash my clothes. Because it works perfectly and washed my clothes neatly.

Installation was gone good and well explained to all my family members. He is kind and well responsible person.
No compulsion of any additional products.

I bought the IFB liquid detergent it’s super cool, work’s great.

Note: this is just a 10days of observations

I have purchased this washing machine from Amazon a week back.. The IFB executives came for installation after three days.. And they told us about the machine features.. They didn’t perform a wash in front of us.. So, we told them that we will try it once and let them know if anything is needed to be asked/discussed..
Now I have used this machine and the problem is that the clothes are still very wet after the wash.. Similar to that in semi automatic machines.. So I wanted to discuss that with them.. I called those executives, but, no one has responded yet!
Very poor after sales service from IFB.. Even after purchasing the top end model..
AVOID!

Update : They eventually came.. After a couple of days.. Have been using this machine for a couple of months now.. Apart from the fact that the hard stains don’t come off easily and the machine vibrates and makes moderate noise when spinning clothes for drying, it is working satisfactorily!

Update after 9 months of use: PLEASE AVOID THIS MACHINE & IFB per se.. It has been less than 9 months since usage and the Metal Drum has already rusted! (Pic attached)
Called IFB Customer care and the executive they sent, changed the entire drum and has said that the filter has also malfunctioned!!.. Now wants additional 2000 rupees for the filter, and says that in India, where there’s hard water, you need to install additional filters every 6-8 months!!
I’m like then, why, buy this machine, with a metal drum which gets rusted within a year & needs to be bought out of warranty, and you can’t even prevent it from rusting because apparently the filters for water softening don’t work for more than 6 months!!! And hence you need an annual extra money of about 10000 to pay for its mantainence..

DON’T BUY UNLESS YOU ARE A BILLIONARE!!
