Product is good, But aftersales services is disgusting as they don’t have parts available for 2 weeks. I really didnot expect this kind of after sales service from such a big company like Samsung. Delivering a machine just takes 1 day, and Delivering a past of that same machine takes more then 2 weeks and that too estimated time. Simply Pathetic.

The washing machine offers a good capacity to clear daily loads for a family of 4-5.
On the rare occasions that the machine has any breakdown, the local Samsung service center offered good service.
The delivery service was also good.
I would definitely recommend.

Pros: The inner Drum quality is great, bubble wash dispenses out foam effectively.
The one advantage that no one mentions in reviews for this model is that you can do a single Wash/Dry without doing the entire cycle.
The Wifi is helpful to the point where you know the cycle is done & also notified in other Samsung devices nearby – great!, otherwise eventually, one will need to be physically near the machine to do anything else productive.
Cons:
– They have lowered the rotation time by 50%, which means it takes a long time to wash and dry.
– Also, in the older model, there were many options to save water. Here, the minimal water used is half the tub. The machine will not wash unless it’s filled up to at least water level 1 – a Downside if you want to just wash a couple of hand clothes or a single towel.
– The lint filter also does not catch anything – unlike my old one.
– one will need to add more detergent since the agitation/rotation is lowered/ you will need to soak the clothes for a longer time.
I am missing my old model capabilities & quality. Exploring the machine further, will probably take time to forget my X.
