Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Whirlpool washing machine that I purchased from your company via Amazon. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have encountered nothing but frustration and poor customer service.

The washing machine, which is still under warranty, has been exhibiting a persistent problem of excessive vibration during operation. Despite my repeated complaints and requests for assistance, the technical personnel sent to my home have been dismissive and unhelpful.

The last service person who visited my home not only failed to address the issue but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness towards me and my family. Instead of acknowledging the problem with the machine, he absurdly attributed the vibrations to the type of clothing being washed, suggesting that placing a napkin inside the machine was the cause. He even went as far as to imply that I should either refrain from using certain materials or stand by the machine constantly during operation. Such a response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.

It is evident that there is a genuine issue with the machine itself, as evidenced by the continued vibrations despite multiple attempts at resolution. I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. This includes providing a thorough inspection of the washing machine by competent technicians and offering a viable solution to resolve the ongoing problem.

Furthermore, I find it deeply concerning that despite lodging multiple complaints over the past 15 days, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution from your end. I insist that this matter be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

Attached to this email are videos documenting the persistent issue with the washing machine, which I hope will serve as clear evidence of the problem at hand.

I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this complaint through other channels, including consumer protection agencies and social media platforms.

I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution.

Good things are mention in the product description am listing only Cons compared to samsung 7kg top load bubble wash as I am also using Samsung for 1.5 years

Metal body can catchup corrosion or paint loss over the time and even the small collision creates a dent on the metal body so fiber body would be better option

No DD (direct drive system) in the Q&A Page it is mentioned that it is direct drive but I got to know that it is not fully direct drive main drive is direct and drum drive is belt so it makes more noise and vibration compared to samsung

5% more vibration and 10% more noise than samsung, anything you do but don’t keep the machine on any type of stand or base support stand it will vibrate even more plat surface is better option

Hard water wash requires magnetic filter which costs 2000rs extra otherwise hard water wash does not function but in samsung they have built in magnetic filter no need to worry about magnetic filter in samsung

In any wash mode you select this machine requires more time than samsung

If you are looking for this product with magnetic filter 2k extra then it is good to go for samsung in the same price range.

Delivery was bit complicated Delivery guy was bit worried to deliver to 1st Floor as my address did not mention the floor number so I had to tip him which is my decision

Installation experience was wonderful for duct came with no damage and all the functions were working as it should be.

Work horse washing machine for small families. Everything just as expected and saves water too.
