I have purchased this washing machine couple of months and so far so good. Washing quality is too good when compared to fully automatic machine. The motor is so powerful and not suitable for soft clothes. the heater function is also not that useful since we have to regulate the inflow of water to minimum level to get the optimum hot water hence it will take more time to fill the tub.

Guys before purchus please check the polisey. The delivery was very bad but the product is good. I am not sure these will take return or replace.

I like the heater feature. You have to be little patient while filling the tub with hot water as the water flow has to be slow.
Dryer is noisy and hits the body even with slight balance mismatch.
However washing is effective and you can wash and dry blanket easily.
