Perfectly happy with the washing machine. It is silent and the features are good and sufficient. Cleans up well and drying sufficiently.
However Amazon Installation service is pathetic. If they are vendors Amazon should change them. It has been two weeks they schedule and cancel as per their convenience. I called up Bosch and completed the installation. It is free and fast.

The good thing about this machine is that it serves the purpose very well. pretty silent ans quite fast rpms.
it doesn’t provide any AI features and things like that but apart from that its great with wash quality.
Only con is that the inlet pipe that comes with it may or may not be compatible with you regular tap(not universal idk why making it) so you have to get it from outside.
Also the installation wasn’t that helpful, the person was not from bosch and didn’t provide any solution for the incompatible inlet tap pipe, i had to purchase a connector and install it later by myself.

Good product, been using this for more than 6-7 months, no issues and anti bacterial cleaning is quite impressive

Product is good but the Installation guy from Amazon is rude by nature, so get installation done by Bosch company technician only they are prompt
in getting back to their customer and professional as well, where as Amazon technician will make you wait they will not install the same day and next day they would call talk big but you have to wait another 4 hrs to get install
So Amazon technician is a waste and useless

The appliance is high quality and produces no vibration. Delivery experience was not great as the delivery team didn’t pay completely for the exchange value cited while ordering and ended up paying only 50 percent which seemed to be pre planned by Amazon. Secondly don’t opt for Amazon installation, the team is inexperienced and left the machine partial equipped without removing the nut sockets and it started producing varied noises, then we had to refer to the manual and do it ourselves, followed by calling Bosch customer care who were very helpful with installation and demo.

No second thoughts. Just buy it. No sound or vibration. No gimmicks like wifi, AI. Build quality is extraordinary, very strong build quality. U will never get this build quality in any brand. Installation done on same day by Bosch. Call Bosch customer care directly. Bought 9kg model for 27k in Amazon deal. Only thing need to pay 6100rs for stand, cover, pipes, detergent and descaler. But worth the price. Bought additionally 4yrs warranty apart from 2yrs standard warranty from sales person for 4799rs. Which very less. Very easy to use , no water leakage. Looks great and stylish. Weight is very good .
