Very rigid and nice machine
Shame on amazon. Gave us a dented product and not able to neither replace it nor return it. I have placed return request several times but shameless people cancelling it on their own without any reason. –
Machine is vibrating too much and moving from its place when washing blankets.Apart from this Machine is very good.The Power cord given is 1 meter length and is very short.The quality of wash is too good.

Seller delivered the machine next day even though Amazon delivery was of 3 days.
Amaazon did not book installation visit at Bosch had to call them and get the visit schedule.
Overall machine make and model is of 2021 and delivered without any wear and tear during transportation .
It also have inbuilt heater.

Bosch service is pathetic. I ordered this machine In Octoberan and within 1 week it started giving strange sound. Requested for service till now its not resolved. They answer the call promptly but action is never taken
