It has all the features which we need in ours daily life. Delivered on time as per scheduled by Amazon with no damages to the product. Received installation call from panasonic wIthin 30 minutes of delivery and installation and demo done within 2hrs. I got it for INR 12455 inluding 1499 SBI CREDIT CARD with 12 months NO COST EMI plan. Completely SATISFIED by product and service by AMAZON..

It is magical and one touch is enough for all types of operation. It has a very good feature called self priming installation washer and one way valve in connector. It also has easy tub maintenance mode.

I had a Samsung before this which was more convenient to use. However i have no complaints with this Panasonic either.
The sound is quite less, wash quality is good too, I did the installation myself because they didn’t send the person on the next day as advertised. Later the person came after a week when i booked the request. Didn’t know I was supposed to do that.
Water level indicator is a weird one. It has level 1-10, makes no sense. Ideally it should just have 3 levels, low medium and high based on the amount of clothes put in it.
Overall 4/5, I’ve deducted one point mainly because of the installation drama and that I was unnecessarily sold a water softener because my machine would otherwise get damaged. The water tds level in my flat is about 200. Google says upto 500 is fine to use. But what do I know? I’m just a dumb customer.

The product is as described very good, very less sound, cleans well. But very unhappy with the after sales service. Even after 3-4days of delivery of the machine, the installation guy didn’t trun up. Although the paansonice customer kept on calling eveyday saying the service provider will come the same day. Ended up installing on our own. 😡

Works fine so far. Electricity consumption is very low, but consumes a lot of water. Very light weight, can be shifted very easily, and doesn’t consume much space.
If there was a restart cycle button, would’ve been much better. Because I like the “Quick wash” mode better, as it consumes less water and has faster wash movements, but it’s only for 13 mins, so every time after 13 mins, I have to press the power off button, then on again, then press the program button 3 times, then press the start button, and I do this at least 3 to 4 times for 1 batch of clothes, as I’m not satisfied with 1 cycle of wash.
But overall, it’s good. Satisfied.
