Yes! This bokashi powder is great! It works well when I use it how it’s meant to be used. At first, I was confused after I dumped some into my compost bin. The bin went cold. However, I did some research. Bokashi is meant to be used separately in its own air-tight bucket because it is an aerobic fermenter. The compost heap is an aerobic(air-loving) heap.
So, I got an air-tight bucket and put my wet waste and bones in there. Yes! Bokashi can digest bones. After letting the waste ferment for two weeks, it was ready to go into the compost. It was too acidic to put into my plants. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I had to strain off the liquid from the bokashi bucket, otherwise my compost bin would become a compost pool!
I’m completely satisfied with this bokashi now that I’m using it correctly.

Used three full pack of these powder just for 4 kilo of kitchen waste and waited for 3 months. Still waste looks fresh in bin.

It works very well as a compost starter. I have been using it for only a week.
