When I installed the geyser and checked its working, it was observed that the green light (which indicates heating) used to disappear after sometime, causing the heating to interrupt. So I had to register a complaint with Bajaj and after a 2nd follow-up the technician came and changed the thermostat of the geyser. Its unfortunate that a lab-tested-ok product has a fault and has to undergo repair even before using it.
Otherwise the heating is fair enough for daily use.

At the price it’s one of the most useful, practical and economical piece of work.
Easy to install, operate and regulate it is a good friend for you in your bathroom or kitchen. The best part is you can switch it on as and when you need it and switch it off when you don’t. No need to pre-heat for long periods therefore no waiting. Saves space and can be installed in cramped spaces as well.
I installed this ,instant water heater in my mother’s bathroom and she is an octagenarian. Thankfully she learnt how to operate it with the mixer tap and now can adjust it to her suitability quite quickly.
Buy it if you need a reasonably good, handy and space saving solution.

This product has leakage problem and after making complain to service center. No action is taken seriously. Leakage is still continued. 2-3 mechanics came to repair but problem is as usual. I am deeply disappointed with the product due to irresponsible support of Bajaj Service Centre, Patna.

Its been installed since 3 years, but being used since 8 months. Now since one month I face a problem of repeated thermal protection latch instead of normal cutoff. When this happens, you need to press the reset button. Its annoying and in the middle of the bath you may need to press it to restart. This means, the temperature replay may be not working thereby activating the secondary protection. With just 8 months use, if such temperature sensor and relay goes bad, it means, the quality of the components are too low.

Instant warm or hot water. Connection pipes are not provided this time.Due to this the total cost rises up to ₹3000. Previously it was provided with the heater.
