As the name goes I chose a quality product from Bajaj and no regrets at all. The sturdy build quality does all the work. Looks and feels great 👍.

Quality is not good. Warranty doesn’t cover plastic material. I’d call with bajaj and service authorizer both told it will cover under warranty

Product bottom base burned and melted in 2 months (January 2024).
Lodged the complaint (7706145-1)
and tech came and took photos and told me bottom part will be replaced in few days. Then with No response for over week or so, I contacted and got told part not available and they are going to replace entire product (Their service centre decision PANT Service Jawala Heri Delhi).
After many calls and more than month later (yesterday) got the call that they have got that replacement from Bajaj, but they will charge RS 200 visiting charges to deliver a product under warranty, a problem that they were supposed to fix but chose not to,and today I had to pay Rs 200 for this.
It’s a crappy china made product so buyers beware.
I might even file this complaint against Bajaj Electricals at National consumer Helpline.
It’s not about RS.200 , But Rather Unethical Business Practice by Bajaj Electricals and their Service Personnel.
Never Again Bajaj Products for me regardless .
