Product is good. Installation not provided by brand. Installation accessories (fasteners, connection pipes) not provided, neither any information given prior to purchase that we need to buy separately. Ridiculous. (Other reputed brands provide all installation accessories as well as brand authorized installation support, even if paid).
Such misinformation not expected/acceptable from a brand like Bajaj. For ambiguous information – only one star.
Had to face undue harassment during the entire process of installation.

Product was good but isme bolt bhi mila h jisko marker ke mita diya gya h or product to bhut achaa lekin delivery experience bhut bekar tha delivery vala product bda h late ni banega bol ke ghar tak delevery dene nhi aaya mere ko 20 km dur jha E.com vala ka office hai vha jake delivery leni padi

Very horrible experience & poor service from bajaj team. Also unsatisfactory reason from amazon team. As i have ordered on 30th sep & product got delivered on 3rd october but the installation date was 12th october. And since 12th october after continuously folow up with amazon team for installation, the installation completed on 16th october. After 16th october the installation guy excused that due to wet bathroom electric current is flowing but for 3 days the current is flowing in whole bathroom. For reference i have shared image. Very bad experience.
Note- Amazon window will start from the date since product delivered even they installed after one month while in flipcart the return window starts from the date of installation of product.
Unrealistic policy.
I suffered after buying the same product while i bought another geyser from flipcart & the experience is here.
Following are dates for my product for ease of understanding –
1. Product delivered-03/10/2024
2. Product installed from amazon installation team-16/10/2024
3. Return window closed-11/10/2024

Gyser@5400 after coupon and credit card offer . 15 minutes for hot water.Water tank should be at height so that good water pressure will come. Easy to use 25 litres big size.

Bajaj and Amazon should ensure the products are properly packed before despatching the product either from the factory or warehouse. The water heater that was received has dents all over the body. The protection material inside the packing box is given only at the top and bottom of the package leaving the body on all sides to take the dents at the mercy of the delivery personnel. I noticed the product only when the installation guy came to install the product and did not have enough time to request or cancel the product. The product is working as expected, and I don’t have any complaints about it.
