I love this ramen have always eaten it and will continue to do so. A bit over Spivey so be careful if not spice lover.

Diese Ramen unterscheiden sich sehr stark von den üblichen 0815 Ramen, die man mit einem Wasserkocher zubereitet, da die Nongshin-Ramen aufgekocht werden müssen. Die Nudeln sind sehr dick und haben auch eine sehr gute bissfestigkeit. Geschmacklich sind das die besten Instant-Nudeln für diesen Preis. Das Highlight ist aber die einzigartige Brühe. Diese hat ein sehr stark würziges aber auch für Anfänger, sehr scharfes Umami. Der Geschmack ist einzigartig und ich konnte bisher keine Alternativen Instant-Ramen finden, die so einen intensiven Geschmack haben.
Allerdings sind diese auch wie oben beschrieben, für Westeuropäer oder Anfänger sehr scharf. Falls man sich hier verschlucken sollte, kann es doch sehr unangenehm scharf werden in der Luftröhre.
Für Leute die gerne scharf und pikant essen ein absolutes Must Have.

Hands down the best instant noodles ever.
Amazing taste, spice level just right. If cooked right the noodles have a light springy texture that is great. Add some spinach and coriander right in the end. Garnish with fried shallots to make it like the deal deal.

The portion is enough for one person.
The soup is tasty.
The noodles are good too.

This noodle is a little spicy and taste really different as compared to maggi.
Maggi is completely different with this noodles, you will really love this.
I would say just try it once, you will become a fan of it. A little on the costly side but worth trying.

Ramen texture and bite is great and almost feels like the authentic ramen.
However, I feel the same ramen tasted better in USA, maybe because that was non-veg and this is veg. Having said that, i do not think any other instant ramen can give a better ramen like feel in India.
