When I received the product, I was surprised by how compact it was. Superbly packed and sent so that there is no damage. This brand has taken extra care to ensure customers are taken care. 5 yrs warranty for a 600 w mixer grinder with 3 Jars. This is rarely seen in the market. Performance is first class. Noise is low. Grinding is perfect. I did hard coconut grinding & turmeric. Was perfect. Going to recommend this.
