Way too tight to open the lid. Returned it. Not ideal for delicate items, like eggs! Don’t recommend.

The height and inner margin of this case is so ill designed from the aspect of the form factor of any normal sized eggs that after putting the lid on it easily cracks the eggs put inside.. especially the ones on the four corners.
The lid has 6 locking ridges which always get re-locked when you try to unlock the ones on the other side, making the user struggle to open the case easily.
In short, a very poorely measured and designed product for its very intended use. Apart from being over priced considering the material and lack of features (could have easily provided hinges on one side for easy usage and added extra buffer margin in the cap by putting a thin foam inside for preventing the average or larger sized eggs from cracking).
