Usha Aquagenie 15 LTR 2000-Watt 5 Star Storage Water Heater (Moonflower Sky Blue)

I purchased Usha Aquagenie 15 ltr storage water heater through Amazon – invoice dt.02/11/21. Delivery and installation was satisfactory but I faced actual problem exactly after 1 year when When the water heater stopped functioning totally. I registered complaint through usha toll free no, technician visited and made the water heater functional and they left. But within 10 minutes after they left , the heater again become totally non functional. I again registered a complaint through usha toll free no, technician came and told that this problem is due to low water pressure through the inlet pipe which is to be solved. I called plumber but he showed me that water flow/pressure through both inlet and outlet pipe is absolutely OK. I again registered complaint through usha toll free no stating what happened in detail. They alloted there task to the same technician who visited last time who was to come within 48 hours. When he did not contacted within 24 hours, I again called usha toll free no – they gave me the contact no of the Service center and told me to contact them. When I called them, they told that the technician who was alloted the task, transferred the task to his senior, who will visit my home the next day. But on the next day no one came, I again called the service centre, they now told that as the the system is still showing the same technician’s name the same person is required to solve the problem. When I called the technician , he told that some other technician had been alloted the task.
When I called usha toll free no , customer care execitive mam told me that the technician will visit as soon as possible. I told her that as per sms received from usha, the technician is to visit within 48 hours from the time of registration of complaint and 48 hours have already passed. But she told me the same thing – as soon as possible … no specific time limit !
After 9 days of registering my 1st.complaint , and subsequently registering total three complaint with USHA, still the water heater could not be repaired by USHA.
This is my experience about the after sale service of USHA so far !

THE DELIVERED PRODUCT COLOUR DOSE NOT MATCH WITH THE PRODUCT THAT IS SHOWING IN WEBSITE, IT HAS VERY IRITATING CRAKING SOUND, AND SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
