Bought this product after reviewing many cooktops from different brands. This is the only one with 5 years of warranty on the glass top. But one important thing that none of the brands mention is whether the stove is calibrated to the LPG or PNG. The flame is very low in two burners and the smallest burner is not even working. Called the USHA technician and they completely refused to take responsibility and instead asked me to get it done from the gas provider IGL. IGL obviously is charging for the replacement of the jet/nozzle. USHA customer care official cannot even give you written assurance that the warranty won’t be lapsed if IGL official replaces that part. Now, I cannot return since there is no good brand that mentions PNG on their product. I have to spend extra and get warranty lapsed due this lack of valuable information that should be mentioned in the product description. Almost all the major cities are equipped with PNG and companies should start making products specific to pipeline gas. Also, stove which are specifically made for PNG are dangerous to use on LPG as the pressure is already high and the nozzle are comparatively bigger resulting in much bigger flames. This should be the responsibility of the company to provide proper information about the product and replace the part as per the gas supply.

Usha cooktop I used for 40days it’s good cooktop and saves time but I have purchased little high price

In terms of space it us good even for big size family.
But when it comes to its burner only one stove works properly and other 2 stoves are not working properly, like when we need to slow down rhe flame it will go off completely which is disappointing. (Review after 1 month if use)

I bought this product in Nov month and currently within 4-5 months all 3 Burners Side Rubber almost got loose, melted and damaged with in Few Months. Dont know if it would damage further the Cooktop body in coming days but its quite unusual and even the Service Engineer not aware about such type of issue for the product. Also the Knob quality is not good and it got stuck 2 times in 4-5 months period. This seems a product manufacturing fault as per me, but would expect Usha International Team to lookin to the matter at earliest as per my complaint service ticket and help to resolve the same at earliest..

I’ve bought it on March 2019 and have it on maximum, no problem occurred till Mid October 2023.
After that problem my mom want to upgrade. She wants bigger one(76cm×35cm approx) like this only. Went through many options but don’t like any of them.
Again Bought this stove on 30October 2023.
Hoping for the best again.
Delivery package was distorted, that was the only concern from the Amazon product was and still good.

Checking before packing was poor. Middle burner fitting nut is missing. Other were loose.
Should have been supplied with spare nuts and bolt.
